Aventura Offering Booth Demonstrations at 8300 and Executive Suite Meetings in the Venetial Sands Expo Center

 

Aventura debuted a major new capability at HIMSS 12: the ability to auto-populate the patient’s record as physicians and nurses move from one patient’s room to another. For example, a physician or nurse entering John Smith’s room will immediately be presented with John Smith’s medical record simply upon tapping her or his card and entering a pin. Demonstrations of patient record auto-population were featured in HIMSS booth 8300, and suite demonstrations were hosted by CEO Howard Diamond, senior Aventura executives, and engineers.

Aventura supports the HIMSS cause to prove global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and management systems for the betterment of healthcare. During the featured event, Health IT Venture Fair & Strategic Partner Forum, Aventura provided healthcare technology investors an opportunity to review the context- and location-aware clinical workflow solution. CEO Howard Diamond highlighted the Aventura transformation to a software-based company in 2010 and the enormous amounts of funding the company received at HIMSS 2011  during the Aventura Funding Case Study. Panelists during the case study included board members Dr. Teo (T.) Forcht Dagi, Dr. Andrew T. Jay, and Caleb Winder.
